Do you offer same-day flower delivery in Miami?

 

Yes, Matilde Flowers offers same-day flower delivery in Miami and surrounding areas, depending on order time, delivery distance, flower availability, and the selected arrangement.

 

The deadline for placing same-day orders is no later than 7:00 PM Miami time. Some large, custom, or premium arrangements may require preorder and may not be available for same-day delivery.

 

What areas do you deliver to?

 

We offer local flower delivery within a 50-mile radius from the center of Miami.

 

Delivery may be available to Miami, Brickell, Downtown Miami, Edgewater, Wynwood, Design District, Coconut Grove, Coral Gables, South Miami, Doral, Miami Beach, Bal Harbour, Sunny Isles Beach, Aventura, North Miami, Hollywood, Fort Lauderdale, Boca Raton, and nearby areas.

 

Extended delivery may be available by request depending on distance, timing, order size, and flower availability.

 

Can I request a specific delivery time?

 

You may include your preferred delivery time when placing your order, and we will do our best to accommodate it.

 

However, exact delivery times cannot be guaranteed due to traffic, weather, route scheduling, building access, and other delivery conditions. Available delivery options, time slots, and delivery costs may depend on the delivery address and distance.

 

What happens if the recipient is not available?

 

If the recipient is not available at the delivery address, the courier may leave the flowers at the apartment door, near the house, with the front desk, reception area, or another safe location when appropriate.

 

In this case, the order is considered delivered and is not subject to return or exchange.

 

What happens if the courier cannot access the delivery location?

 

If the courier cannot complete the delivery due to lack of access to an apartment building, gated community, office, house, or other delivery location, we will try to contact the sender and/or recipient.

 

If an additional delivery attempt is required, the sender may be responsible for an additional delivery fee.

 

Can I change the delivery address after placing an order?

 

If you need to change the delivery address after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

 

Address changes may require an additional fee depending on the new location, delivery distance, timing, and route availability.

 

Will my flowers look exactly like the photos?

 

Each arrangement from Matilde Flowers is handcrafted and unique. Photos on our website are examples of our work and show the overall style, size, color palette, and mood of the design.

 

Because flowers are natural and seasonal, the final arrangement may vary slightly depending on availability and freshness. When substitutions are needed, we carefully select flowers that preserve the overall look, quality, and feeling of the arrangement.

 

Can I request a custom bouquet or arrangement?

 

Yes. We create custom bouquets, flower boxes, baskets, and floral arrangements based on your occasion, preferred colors, style, and budget.

 

You may share your preferences with us, and our florist will create a unique arrangement using the freshest seasonal flowers available.

 

How can I keep my flowers fresh longer?

 

To keep your flowers fresh longer, place them in a cool location away from direct sunlight, heat, drafts, cigarette smoke, and fresh fruit.

 

For bouquets:

Place the bouquet in fresh, cool water as soon as possible. Please do not leave it without water for more than one hour. Use a clean vase, trim the stems at an angle, and change the water daily. Remove any leaves that may touch the water.

 

For arrangements in boxes:

Please do not remove the flowers from the arrangement. These arrangements are made with floral foam (Oasis). Add water carefully between the flowers every day — usually ½ to 2 glasses, depending on the size of the arrangement.

 

Fresh flowers are delicate, and each flower may have a different lifespan. To help your arrangement last longer, gently remove any wilted flowers as they appear. This helps keep the remaining flowers fresh and beautiful.

 

Can I cancel my order?

 

A cancellation may be possible before our team begins preparing the order.

 

We usually begin preparing orders 2–5 hours before the scheduled delivery time. Once the bouquet or floral arrangement has been made, the order cannot be canceled.

 

Can I return or exchange flowers?

 

Because flowers are fresh and perishable products, delivered bouquets and floral arrangements are not subject to return or exchange.

 

If you notice significant damage or freshness issues upon receipt, please inform the courier immediately before accepting the order. We will review the situation and may offer a refund or discuss a possible replacement, depending on the circumstances.

 

How will I know that my order has been delivered?

 

Once your order has been delivered, Matilde Flowers may send a delivery confirmation by text message, email, WhatsApp, or another available contact method.

 

How does Matilde Flowers protect my personal information?

 

We use customer information to process orders, arrange delivery, provide customer support, and communicate about orders, products, and promotions.

 

Our website uses secure checkout technology, and delivery details may be shared with our courier service only when necessary to complete the order.
