Return and Delivery Policies
Return Policy
1. Cancellation Before Preparation A refund is possible before the preparation of the order begins by our staff. We start the preparation 2-5 hours prior to the scheduled delivery. Once the bouquet or floral arrangement has been made, the order cannot be canceled.
2. Return or Replacement Upon Receipt During the receipt of the order, if you notice significant damage or the flowers are not fresh, immediately inform our courier before accepting the order. In such cases, we will offer a refund or discuss the possibility of replacing the arrangement.
3. Recipient Absence If the recipient is absent at the specified address or it is not possible to deliver the goods personally, the courier will leave the bouquet at the apartment door, next to the house, or with the front desk. In such cases, the bouquet is considered delivered and is not subject to exchange or return.
4. Returns After Delivery Delivered bouquets are not subject to exchange or return.
Delivery Policy
1. Delivery is available within a 50-mile radius from the center of Miami. During order placement, available options for the date, time slot, and delivery cost will be provided depending on the distance of the delivery address.
2. Managing Delays: In case of delivery delays, we will attempt to contact the customer to notify and discuss further actions. If contact with the customer is unsuccessful, we will reach out to the recipient to address delivery-related issues.
3. Special Delivery Conditions: If the courier cannot complete the delivery due to lack of access to an apartment complex, building, gated community, or house, the sender may be required to pay an additional delivery fee for another delivery attempt. If the recipient is absent at the specified address and personal handoff is not possible, the courier may leave the bouquet at the apartment door, next to the house, with the front desk, concierge, or another safe location when available. In such cases, the order is considered delivered and is not eligible for return, exchange, refund, or claims related to non-receipt.
4. Additional Delivery Terms: If the delivery address is changed after the order has been placed, an additional delivery fee may be required depending on the new address, distance, and delivery schedule.
